Celebrating Dutch dance music since 1993, Mysteryland is considered one of the largest multi-day dance events in the Netherlands. Their signature look? The detailed, dynamic decors. From the first sketch to the final technical drawings, ARTFX realized the stages and its surrounding site.

Being one of the most complex productions out there – the site is located in a national park, logistics are a great challenge, and the number of daily visitors adds up to 60.000 per day – we roll up our sleeves and accept the challenge. This means we collected a large amount of material that we processed in only two weeks’ buildup time. Through aerial photography and 2D drawings, we present how we turned a crazy idea into a large-scale mega event.
